Appalling Service

The service received from Lloyds Argyle Pharmacy in Pembroke Dock is nothing short of disgraceful. On or around 8 Nov I ordered repeat prescription with this pharmacy to be collected by Friday 18 Nov. When attempting to collect these medications I was told the most critical medication (a betablocker) was not in stock and they would "owe it to me" but could not say when this would be. On Fri 25 Nov, a further 7 days later the medication was still not available, and only after I insisted that the store make some sort of plan as I needed the medication that day, did the store advise that they would use medication already prescribed to another patient. On Mon 12 Dec I called and requested the same repeat prescription this time to be delivered to my home. This was confirmed. It is now 19.40 on Friday 16 Dec and the medication has not been delivered. I have been trying to call the store since 16.00. The phone is not answered and is just cut off. I only have meds for one more day.
